I love them pancakes. Doesn't matter what you try, nothing can compensate for poor heat distribution when your talking pancakes. Nobody likes getting served pancakes that look like a test pattern, burnt on one edge, raw on the other, and increasing gradients in between. For the cost of this griddle, there's no excuses.
