Right out of the package the laser is not true. I'm surprised more reviews haven't mentioned this. Twisting the housing while its in the bore reveals this. That's a little disappointing, but you get what you pay for. That said, it will get you hitting the paper, but probably not as close as you'd get by taking your gun to the shop to have it sighted (or using a better bore sighter).Get more detail about Bushnell Laser Boresighter.
