I bought these form-fitting socks to use with my power yoga DVDs (shameless Rodney Yee plug goes here, ha-ha). They work great on a yoga mat with very little slipping and sliding. However, I had not anticipated that some of the poses would cause the socks to cut in between my toes, which becomes uncomfortable if you're holding a pose for any length of time. While this is not a fault of the socks, because otherwise they're very comfortable and warm. I decided to give them four out of five stars for this reason. I'm not sure how to improve the design (the five-toe construction is certainly what allows the socks to be non-slip), so I would still recommend them for anyone doing yoga who wants to improve their traction and keep their feet warm.Get more detail about ToeSox Yoga / Pilates Toe Socks, Organic Cotton.
