I bought my son a Tony Hawk 1080 series skateboard (he really wanted Tony Hawk, and the design on the bottom was beautiful). The board advertised abec 7 bearings but the wheels on the board barely turned when given a little spin. So we bought these bearings for about $10. The before and after difference was awesome! I am no skateboarding expert, but I can tell you these bearings will improve the performance of a regular skateboard for very little cost!
