This is the biggest lie that I have ever bought. My wife saw it on TV and of course, she's gotta have it. We got it, I did 700 counts on the hardest level and nothing. Normally, when you do this much abdominal work, you can feel the burn. I am no stranger to working out...this piece of garbage is worthless. After two weeks of use, the bar that holds that knee pads together keeps coming loose...lie, lie, lie.
